Nora Francis is a Theatre Design student at Southeastern Louisiana University where she works in the theatre department as a scenic artist and set designer. Recent work includes set design for Near Nellie Bly and Melancholy Play, and scenic art for Grease, 25th Annual Putnam County Spelling Bee, and Clybourne Park at Southeastern Louisiana University.
Her work outside of Southeastern includes scenic art for the 2024 summer stock at Contemporary American Theatre Festival which produces world premieres for contemporary plays. The 2024 season included plays such a The Happiest Man on Earth and Tornado Tastes Like Aluminum Sting.
She received a Bachelor of History from Nicholl's University and will graduate with a Bachelor of Art: Theatre Design from Southeastern Louisiana University in May 2025.
